Within days of leaving Scientology Creed Pearson was called in for a tax audit for five years of taxes. The enclosed CD (Exhibit A-1) and attachments refer to my response and motion with respect to the reply to Docket Number 16460-06.

CD tracks 1 and 2 are short clips from Lucifer Ron Hubbard, track 3 is a reminder of Nazi Germany, and tracks 4 and 5 are suggested solutions to this real and dangerous problem of having a delusional totalitarian military dictatorship posing as a church in the United States of America...

In regards to my tax debt, respondent admits to no allegations and silence does not constitute acceptance in the above referenced case. Respondent owes no debt until and unless he audits the ?hurch of Scientology on behalf of the United States Government under the whistle blower agreement. The material allegations are thus to be put in abeyance until after L Ron Hubbard's satanic scripture has been exposed.

RE: Addendum to correct CD Exhibit A-1 (staff was paid $30 a week).

Sorry for the mistake. I caught it today when I was reviewing what I sent.

In the above referenced CD I made a statement that CST staff were paid $30.00 an hour when I meant to say $30 a week, about 30 cents an hour - see attached pages 29, 24, 25, 27, and 149 of the US claims court filing No 581-88T for details.

Paying his staff 30 cents an hour, making them sign billion year contracts, shutting them off from the real world, forcing them to study his lies and perverted ideologies is in keeping with Lucifer Ron Hubbard's goal to create eternal slaves that return to earth lifetime after lifetime to worship his each and every word as they grovel at his feet and do not know why.

A copy of the US Claims Court Filing No 581-88T is enclosed. Note that CST tried to position itself as a betterment activity when in actual fact L. Ron Hubbard wanted to destroy the minds of man and leave mankind with his disgusting technology of eternal entrapment.

Which way should we go dad?

Part I of revelations

Here in the United States of America my children were taken away, my name slandered with no trial, and my friends brainwashed by L Ron Hubbard's loyal dedicated Satanists after I challenged them by pointing out that Lucifer Ron Hubbard could not possibly have killed General William Prescott in 1775 at the battle of Breed's Hill, since Prescott did not die until 1795(Exhibit D). I expect to need three days in regards to my testimony against Scientology, a satanic order that was erroneously approved as a church to the detriment of all mankind.

United States claims court document No 581-88T Church of Spiritual Technology v. The United States October 15, 1990 page 175 Exhibit A states in part:

The service does not simply accept a claim of religious belief at face value in making determinations under section 501 C (3). Instead it makes two inquiries. The first is whether the organization's practices are illegal or are contrary to clearly defined public policy.

L Ron Hubbard stated that he was not interested in WOG justice and had no regards whatsoever for anyone else's opinion. His will was bent on creating Hel on earth and creating mindless slaves who agree to sign Satanic Sea Org agreements to come back to
Earth lifetime after lifetime to worship his each and every word. His organizational practices are not only illegal but clearly run counter to every decent impulse of man.

Attached is a sample of Lucifer Ron Hubbard's project for earth, as extracted from his dissemination pack. - Exhibit C

Lucifer Ron Hubbard says:

All Workers are dogs. I think they all should be stood up against a wall and shot.

When his soul mate agrees with him that all workers should be stood up against a wall and shot he says:

In HCOPL 29 May 1961 Lucifer said:

If we are going to put a new world here we had better get going on the project. It isn't as if we could fool people forever. Exhibit B

Putting people three feet back of their heads is only one part of the project. Creating mindless more Rons is the ultimate goal.

In the 1947 Gerry Armstrong case it was clearly shown in L Ron Hubbard's own handwritten affirmations that Hubbard's goal was to make mindless slaves:

Scientology is an attempt to make a new man, a homo novis - an eternal slave, trapped by his own agreements. Hubbard's use of new terminology has enabled his satanic order to hide many of his intentions. Where possible I will simplify and decipher his intent.

Scientologists agree that there are two rules to happy living:

1.    Be willing to experience anything (including a sixteen inch gun going off in your face as per PDC tape number 42- Exhibit E).
2.    Give others only that which can be easily experienced.

Hubbard said that the biggest crime is not the crime itself, but rather, finding fault with the crime. He says it this way. The biggest overt act is to make someone guilty of an overt act. So, he re-defined criminality.

So, the new definition of criminal in Scientology is not the criminal, but rather the one who criticizes Scientology.

Hubbard has gotten Scientologists to agree to a new type of truth. You tell the big lie and you tell it over and over. Hubbard even said that if a person told him all their crimes the very least that would happen is when everything else blew up, you would be sitting there untouched Now there is the handling of the H-bomb. How's that for insanity?

To a typical Scientologist truth has been redefined to be:

1.    What is true for you is true for you
2.    What is in writing is true
3.    If it is not written it is not true
4.    If Lucifer Ron Hubbard did not write it, ignore it.
5.    Never change an agreement once made

L Ron Hubbard is considered to be the only voice in Scientology and is their light bearer, their source. His voice overrides all others, just as Hitler's did in Nazi Germany. Per Keeping Scientology Working (Exhibit I) all other ideas, except LRH's must be hammered out of existence as per steps 7, 8, 9, and 10 just as the Nazis demanded when 100,000 books were burned in one night.

Every six months his minions on the satanic OT levels are called in for what is called a six month check and are given security check questions.

All confessionals and session results are kept in writing and in folders by the Satanic Order.

Lucifer Ron Hubbard found a way to trick his followers to become anti-social personalities re-made in Lucifer Ron Hubbard's image as beings of destruction who are to return to earth lifetime after lifetime from here on out to the rest of all time to worship his each and every word. They are not allowed to go past a word that they do not understand and staff members are required to get a minimum amount of brainwashing delivered to them each day. SO members sign a billion year contract to return to earth and serve Lucifer. Heaven is lost to them.

Lucifer's satanic OT level sec check questions are designed to trap his followers as they eventually agree that they should be punished into eternity for something they have done. Note that all sessions are kept in writing and Scientologists have all been tricked into agreeing that the spoken word means nothing and that only that which is in writing is true. Therefore, the session notes and policy letters of LRH have precedence over the screams and protests of the person being processed. Scientologists are trained to ignore the screams and just deliver the next step without compassion, just as the Nazis trained the Org for OTs and the criminals with the green triangles in Nazi Germany.

Attached is his satanic security check on the OT levels (Exhibit J). You will note the question Do you deserve to be punished into eternity for something you have done? If so what is it. is sandwiched between questions that are phrased save you ever. This is a trick to get the meter needle on his e-meter device to respond to a sudden shift of attention. The Satanologist is then forced to confront the question. Similar gimmicks are done with the questions, Do you deserve to have any friends? Do you deserve to be free? Do you deserve to be enslaved? Is there anything you cannot forgive yourself for? Is there anything others should not forgive you for? And so on.

If Scientology takes over earth they plan to apply the two rules of unhappy living mentioned above and punish Scientologists and everyone else into eternity. Now you are starting to see why Lucifer Ron Hubbard believed himself to be the anti-Christ and made a machine, a beast of revelation that would pervert the minds and souls of man on earth for the rest of all time unless we stop it.

I have also enclosed his satanic ritual (Exhibit K) called The first "Wall of Fire" It starts with a smash. Scientologists pledge three times:

1.    You can't create anything now.
2.    You will never be able to create again.
3.    Stop creating.
4.    Creating is impossible for you.
5.    You cannot create ever again.

Smash.

That is the satanic ritual known as the ritual of the black flame or the wall of fire.

As you can see, Lucifer the destroyer is trying to destroy the willingness of Scientologists to create. He said on the enclosed PDC tape number 42 extract (Exhibit E) where Hubbard says, You cannot be Homo sapiens (thinking man) and be right. That is because he wants mindless robots that follow his each and every word for the rest of all time. He wants brain dead zombies.

Hubbard said you cannot have any self confidence and be polite. That's because he hated society and the world of ?weetness and light.

In PDC tape number 20 (pre-1982 version) L Ron Hubbard said that Scientology is not safe for man. It is not safe for this universe.

"This universe has long been looking for new ways to make slaves. Well, we have got some new ways to make slaves here. Did you ever read poor old George Orwell's 1984? Yes, yes, that's wonderful. That would be --- could be the palest imagined shadow of what a world would be like under the rule of the secret use of Scientology with no remedy in existence.
Don't horde it, don't hold it; and if you ever do use any Black Dianetics, use it on the guy who pulled Scientology out of sight and made it so it wasn't available. Because he's the boy who would be electing himself "The New Order". And we don't need any more new orders. All those orders, as far as I am concerned, have been filled.
Contained in the knowable, workable portions before your eyes there are methods of controlling human beings and thetans which have never before been dreamed of in this universe; control mechanisms of such awesome and solid proportions that if the remedies were not so much easier to apply, one would be appalled at the dangerousness to beingness that exists in Scientology.

But what kind of a government and what kind of a weapon is really serious? Not a weapon, which destroys mud; a weapon that destroys minds. That's serious. Out of the body of knowledge, which lies before you are sufficient technologies to take over, seize and handle any government or people on the face of the Earth. You aren't of an ethical level, even, that permits you to observe this. You wouldn't think in these lines. And yet if only those principles were known, there would be people who could and would think in those lines. You can control men like you would control robots with those techniques. The implantation, Black Dianetics, pain-drug-hypnosis are very mild methods of control.
Note that LRH demanded ?lack Dianetics (reverse auditing) be used on his enemies in a court document at Gerry Armstrong? web site. He also demanded that certain individuals were to be given a process called R245 ? A highly successful exteriorization process not socially acceptable at this time? per the original Creation of Human Ability book. Using R245 is putting a gun to someone? head and exteriorizing them three feet back of the head.

Scientology is not safe for man. It must be exposed. I was a big shot Scientologist and even served on ABLE's advisory board. I know all about it. I am willing and able to
audit the Church of Spiritual Technology under the whistle blower statute for the United States of America and pay any personal tax debt from the whistle blower fee.

Note that CST's year end of April 30th is the Witch's Holiday in the occult as well as the anniversary of Adolph Hitler's death. Hubbard just loved to dare us to look.

On page 6 United States claims court document No 581-88T Church of Spiritual Technology v. the United States October 15, 1990 it states:

The ultimate goal of Scientology is a civilization without insanity, criminality, and war, where the able can prosper and honest beings can have rights, and where man is free to rise to greater heights. Exhibit H

Hubbard and his minions are convinced that we are all criminals. In the 1952 tape called blackness (Exhibit G-1) LRH said that we steal our baby bodies at birth. Therefore, he viewed everyone as a criminal, including you, your children, and mine. To have a world with no criminality in Hubbard? mind is to destroy every body. That is his hidden meaning of his world without criminality, insanity, and war a world with no bodies left. Besides, to Hubbard anyone who had a real smile on his face had to be destroyed. In the tape Force Part 1 he said that we are all at 1.1 (perversion) on his tone scale. He also said that anyone below 2.0 should be destroyed quickly and quietly without sorrow. Thus, in Lucifer? mind all life should die.

Lucifer Ron Hubbard was insane and I will not allow his Satanic Order to enslave earth. I am your best chance to undo this harmful terrorist organization.

I have many tapes that expose L Ron Hubbard as a sadistic sociopath and a danger to mankind. His organization wants to take over the world and create eternal slavery for all. He is training his Org for OTs just as the Nazis trained the Org for OTs under Fritz Todt to run the concentration camps.

After speaking with Ms. Waters it appears that the focus (outside of my whistle blower claim against the "Church" of Scientology) will be upon determining three important items of interest:

1.    Did I actually receive the income amounts reported on schedule A?
2.    What are my legitimate deductions?
3.    Why didn't I file for the tax years in question?

Item number 2 will be addressed at the Richmond office on March 28, 2007 when Ms. Waters and I sit down together and review the documentation. Item number 3 will be addressed in court on April 10th.

Therefore, all that remains to be answered here is, Are the income figures correct on Exhibit A? In other words, did I actually receive and bank the income.

Upon review I do not dispute that this income was received and banked. The figures appear to be earned income received.
